• How do I set appointments? Fill out the form here.
• How and when will I pay? After filling out the appointment form, we invoice you via email where you have many options to pay - Debit, Credit, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc...
• What is the turnaround time for photo packages/floor plans? It can be as early as same day delivery for early appointments (Before 9:30 AM)... But please allow a maximum of 24 hours per photo or floor plan package... example: one photo and one floor plan package is equal to 48 hours total
• How will I receive my photos/videos? You will receive photos and videos via email using a WeTransfer download link. Don't worry, WeTransfer is completely FREE.
• In what areas are you available? We're available as early as next day within a 50 mile radius of the center of Uptown Charlotte (Charlotte, NC). Check if your property is within our range (IMAGE BELOW)... if not, we have travel charges to compensate.
• What equipment is used for photos and videos? We use high quality full-frame DSLR's and Mirrorless camera bodies capable of shooting photos up to 24MP. We have a variety of lenses for multiple situations; able to shoot as wide as a 14mm equivalent to show off even the tightest spots within a property.
• What if I cancel my appointment? If you cancel your appointment anywhere within 24 hours of your set appointment time, you will be charged a $15 cancelation fee. If you have already made a deposit or paid in full for an appointment, the difference of your payment and the cancel fee will be refunded within 7 business days.
